2023 Dplus KIA Official Uniform Is Now Available.
The uniform is a custom-made design. After placing your order,
it will take approximately up to 24 business days to be ready for shipping.

- The product has a size option set based on US size, and the tag of the uniform is marked based on Korean size. Please refer to the size chart provided.
- Due to the products being custom-made, it will take approximately up to 24 business days to be ready for shipping after you place an order.
- The vanilla products will be shipped with no markings (no ID marking on the back). If you wish to have a marking, please add it before you place an order.
- Once the order is confirmed (or is ready for shipping), you cannot make changes to the options nor make cancellations. Please make sure to carefully double-check your order before your placement.
- Even when League of Legends 2nd team player and streamer engraving is added, the product will be engraved with the team logo (including stars) on the uniform with the same product as the product below.
- When adding PUBG, PUBG Mobile, VALORANT, and Rainbow Six player engraving, the team logo (without stars) and LCK logo are not included on the uniform.
- Colors and textures of the product image and actual product may differ.
- Please check the size chart below before placing an order.
- Uniform sponsor markings are subject to change depending on club sponsor status.

Shipping Time: It may take up to 10 – 24 business days for delivery. A custom-made product requires more time.
Shipping Rates: International shipping rates depending on the destination
Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is NOT available but you may return the product.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Go to [Mypage] ⇨ [Orders]
- You cannot cancel the order once the status is “On the way.”
- If the product isn’t shipped after 14 business days without any notice, you can cancel the order. Contact us through [Mypage] ⇨ [Support].

Conditions of Returns
- The merchant shipped the wrong product or size
- The product was damaged or defective
The merchant pays for the return shipping cost for the conditions above. You can send an EMS receipt with the product or upload a copy of the receipt to the forum. You will get the refund once the product is returned to the merchant.
Return Process
- You must request a return at [Mypage] ⇨ [Support] within 7 days after receiving the product. (* Please include the order number and reason for the return).
- Our associate will review your request and confirm your request by email or phone.
- After the return request is confirmed, send the product to the return address above.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, the merchant will issue a refund.
Notes for returns
- The merchant will NOT accept any return without confirmation.
- Returned items must have tags still on even if they were defective.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging and have NO visible signs of wear or use.
We do not accept returns for
- Any return without confirmation
- Any lost or damaged products caused by customers (Packages may be compromised for checking the product)
- Visible signs of wear or use
- Change-of-mind (size, color)
- Products that aren’t available for restocking
- Reproducible products with damaged packages (CD, DVD, GAME, books, etc.)
- Any services or digital content defined in subparagraph 5 of Article 2 of the Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries has commenced: Provided, That this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such services or digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content
- Any custom-made order
