Once the order is complete, it is difficult to make any changes to any options. 

You must cancel the order and make a new order.

After making an order, it is difficult to make any changes to the order on the site. 

Therefore, you must cancel the entire order and make a new order.

It will depend on the product selected. As for the uniforms, because they are custom-designed, it may take up to 7 – 24 days after making a purchase and then shipped out sequentially. 


Other products that are not the uniforms may take up to 5 – 14 days and then shipped out sequentially. 


Exchange is NOT available but you may return the product.

Return Process

  1. You must request a return at [Mypage] ⇨ [Support] within 7 days after receiving the product. (* Please include the order number and reason for the return).
  2. Our associate will review your request and confirm your request by email or phone.
  3. After the return request is confirmed, send the product to the return address above.
  4. Once your return has been received and inspected, the merchant will issue a refund.  


Notes for returns

  • The merchant will NOT accept any return without confirmation.
  • Returned items must have tags still on even if they were defective.  
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging and have NO visible signs of wear or use.


We do not accept returns for

  • Any return without confirmation
  • Any lost or damaged products caused by customers (Packages may be compromised for checking the product)
  • Visible signs of wear or use
  • Change-of-mind (size, color)
  • Products that aren’t available for restocking
  • Reproducible products with damaged packages (CD, DVD, GAME, books, etc.)
  • Any services or digital content defined in subparagraph 5 of Article 2 of the Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries has commenced: Provided, That this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such services or digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content
  • Any custom-made order

  • You cannot cancel the order once the status is “On the way.” 

  • If the product isn’t shipped after 14 business days without any notice, you can cancel the order. Contact us through [Mypage] ⇨ [Support] .
