Exchange and Return
- Customized product(uniform/jacket with player marking) cannot be exchanged or refunded
- In the case of damage to the product due to customer negligence, exchange and refund are not possible.
- In the case of product defects and misdelivery, exchange and refund are possible within 7 days.

About Player Marking
- The basic product will be shipped without player marking (only with sponsor marking). For uniforms with player marking, you should select additional options.
- Since the marking process will be carried out immediately after payment is completed, options cannot be changed or canceled even for product before shipment. Please check the options carefully when ordering.
- uniform sponsor markings are subject to change depending on the club sponsorship status.
- The Worlds 2024 logo has been added as a marking on the lower front of the uniform jacket. Similar to the partner logos, this marking is a standard feature applied to the uniforms. It will be included on both the uniforms worn by the players and those available for sale.

Shipping Time: It may take up to 10 – 24 business days for delivery. A custom-made product requires more time.
Shipping Rates: International shipping rates depending on the destination
Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Conditions of Returns
- The merchant shipped the wrong product or size
- The product was damaged or defective
The merchant pays for the return shipping cost for the conditions above. You can send an EMS receipt with the product or upload a copy of the receipt to the forum. You will get the refund once the product is returned to the merchant.
Return Process
- You must request a return at [Mypage] ⇨ [Support] within 7 days after receiving the product. (* Please include the order number and reason for the return).
- Our associate will review your request and confirm your request by email or phone.
- After the return request is confirmed, send the product to the return address above.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, the merchant will issue a refund.
Notes for returns
- The merchant will NOT accept any return without confirmation.
- Returned items must have tags still on even if they were defective.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging and have NO visible signs of wear or use.
We do not accept returns for

- Any lost or damaged products caused by customers (Packages may be compromised for checking the product)

- Change-of-mind (size, color)
- Products that aren’t available for restocking
